CLAIMS
All goods must be checked on arrival. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 4 hours of receipt with proof of a digital photo of products, otherwise claims may not be recognized. No claim will be investigated unless the claim is supported by the relevant invoice number. No goods shall be accepted for returns.
Although we carefully pack your order and ship to desired address, NO DOA will be honoured due to customer not receiving or late receiving the shipment from the courier or shipping company.
No DOA claim shall be made or honoured if DOA was due to a delay of the shipping couriers or shipping company
PAYMENT
Aquarium Maintenance
Payment for individual such as household will be fulfilled by cash on site.
Payment for Businesses, we will send you the invoice and must be fulfilled before due date. Customers who send payments behind time will be arranged to prepaid style

Payment is only accepted through Paypal. Please also note that Paypal accepts credit or debit card without having a Paypal account.
RETURN POLICY
Due to complicated packaging and shipping procedures involved in handling products, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

We ship out your order on Monday to Thursday. There will be no shipping on Friday and Weekend.
